Selection

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Advertorial Selection Process:
It will begin with defining the milestones & determining the time lines against each activity & pre determined schedule would be adhered to throughout the selection process:

Advertisement content:
We shall submit the draft of the content for Advertisement within one week of approval of your mandate, this draft will be largely created based on the Position descriptions provided by you & would be made in consonance with your team in-charge of the Recruitment process. Advertisements can be released either under your name or landmark Consultants name, as you deem fit.

Advertisement Design & Layout:

After receiving your confirmation on the content, we would submit you the Ad Design Layout within a week of above .We propose to use our advertising agency for the creation of the above; however you may engage your own agency.

 Recommended list of publications
Our recommendations on the choice of Publications, place of release of the advertisement along with the rates, individual as well as combined both for the different cities, would be made available along with above.

Booking of the Space
Post your approval of the artwork; we would confirm booking of space, region wise in selected publication within 5 day of your approval. We expect above Stages to get completed in three weeks from the date of mandate.

Release of Advertisement
Advertisements would be released in the phases, post mutual discussions, to be released as per the schedule drawn mutually.

 Response
We expect 80% response to be in place 10 days post release. Applications received will be screened & those fulfilling the requirements will go through the selection procedure laid down for the purpose.

Short-listing
The short listing would be done as per the pre decided criterion on an on going basis. Final short-listing would get completed at the time of the last release.

 Interviews
A team of consultants will meet those who qualify for the interview & your team created for this purpose would meet those selected. Interviews would be conducted by us on a weekly basis across the Country & would be completed within a month from the date of receiving response, both for local & out-station candidates.

Candidate’s Finalization & formal reference check
After receiving the confirmation from you, Reliant would conduct a formal reference check of the finalized candidate. This would get completed within two days of candidate’s being finally shortlisted.

Joining of Candidate
It is proposed that all selected candidates be first issued a Letter of Intent (LOI) indicating their expected date of joining you, however
The letter of appointment may be issued on their joining the organization.
